This Copyright Notice governs the use of copyrighted materials on the APKMate website and Service. APKMate respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.
1. Ownership of APKMate Content
The APKMate platform, including but not limited to its website design, layout, user interface, navigational structure, graphical elements, custom code, original written content, and the selection, coordination, and arrangement of content on the Service ("Our Content"), is the exclusive property of APKMate and is protected by United States and international copyright laws, trademark laws, and other intellectual property regulations.
Our Content is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of Our Content without the prior written permission of APKMate, except as expressly permitted by these terms or by applicable copyright law.
2. Third-Party Content and Trademarks
All application names, titles, logos, brand names, product names, icons, screenshots, images, descriptions, and other materials pertaining to third-party applications displayed on APKMate ("Third-Party Content") are the property of their respective owners. These rights holders include, but are not limited to, the developers, publishers, distributors, and licensors of the applications listed on our platform.
APKMate does not claim ownership, endorsement, or association with any Third-Party Content, and the use of such content on our Service is for informational, identification, and discovery purposes only. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on APKMate remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
Specifically, APKMate is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Google Play, or the Android trademark. Android is a trademark of Google LLC. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
3. Fair Use and DMCA Compliance
APKMate operates in accordance with the principles of fair use as recognized under Section 107 of the Copyright Act of 1976 (17 U.S.C. § 107). Our display of Third-Party Content is for purposes of:
- Information and Discovery: Providing users with the ability to search, browse, and discover Android applications.
- Non-commercial Use: Our Service is free to use and does not charge users for accessing app information or download links.
- Transformative Use: We aggregate, organize, and present publicly available information in a new and useful format for user convenience.
- Attribution: We provide attribution to original developers and publishers wherever possible.
- Minimal Use: We use only the minimum content necessary (icons, screenshots, descriptions) to identify and describe each application.

4. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe in good faith that any content available on APKMate infringes your copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a written notice of infringement containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work — A detailed description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are infringed, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material — A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our Service, including the specific URL(s) or page(s) where the material appears.
- Your contact information — Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement — A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement — A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
- Signature — Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted on our Service was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a written counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. To be effective, your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which APKMate may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
APKMate maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to disable and/or remove the accounts of any users who violate our intellectual property policies or these Terms of Service.
We maintain a list of known repeat infringers and monitor new submissions against this list. If we determine that a user has repeatedly posted infringing content, their access to our Service will be terminated without further notice.
7. No Hosting of Infringing Materials
APKMate does not host, store, or distribute APK files on its servers. Our Service indexes and organizes publicly available information about Android applications and provides links to third-party sources. As such, we do not control the content of the files available through third-party download sources.
If you believe that an APK file available through a third-party source linked from our Service infringes your copyright, you may also need to contact the respective third-party service directly. We will, however, remove any infringing content or links from our Service upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notice.
