Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the APKMate website (the "Service") operated by APKMate ("us", "we", or "our").

2. Description of Service

APKMate provides a platform for discovering, browsing, and downloading Android application packages (APK files). Our Service aggregates publicly available information about Android applications from various sources and presents it in an organized, searchable format for user convenience.

APKMate does not host, store, distribute, or transmit the actual APK application files on its servers. We serve as an indexing and discovery platform that provides links to third-party sources where APK files may be available for download. We do not guarantee the availability, functionality, or security of any third-party download sources.

The Service may include features such as app search, category browsing, app recommendations, user reviews display, and app detail information including screenshots, descriptions, ratings, and developer information. All such information is sourced from publicly available data and may not reflect the most current version or state of any application.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

As a condition of your use of APKMate, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • Not use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

The APKMate platform, including but not limited to its design, layout, user interface, graphics, logo, and original content, is the proprietary property of APKMate and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any of our proprietary content without our prior written consent.

4.2 Third-Party Intellectual Property

All application names, titles, logos, icons, screenshots, descriptions, trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on APKMate are the property of their respective owners, including but not limited to the developers, publishers, and distributors of the applications listed on our platform. APKMate does not claim ownership over any third-party content displayed on our Service.

The use of third-party trademarks and copyrighted material on APKMate is for informational and identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

4.3 User-Generated Content

Any content you submit, post, or otherwise make available through the Service, including but not limited to reviews, comments, or feedback, becomes non-confidential and non-proprietary. You grant APKMate a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APKMATE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
  • WARRANTIES THAT THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR COMPLETE.
  • WARRANTIES THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM APKMATE OR THROUGH THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL APKMATE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
  • Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
  • Damages resulting from any content obtained through the Service.
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

8. Indemnification

9. Termination

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which APKMate operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on this page. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the Service.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and APKMate regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements or understandings between the parties, whether written or oral.
